discovery-process is a workflow skill that runs a full discovery cycle, from an initial problem hypothesis to a validated solution. It coordinates problem framing, customer interviews, synthesis and experiments in one structured path, so a team can test its assumptions before committing to full development. The skill is written to avoid what it calls build it and they will come syndrome, and to keep the team working on real customer problems. It can also help set up continuous discovery as an ongoing practice. Typical starting points include a hypothesis that B2B customers struggle with onboarding, which the team wants to validate before building anything, or an activation rate that dropped 15 percent in one quarter and needs discovery to explain it.
