About deanpeters/lean-ux-canvas

deanpeters/lean-ux-canvas
Set up hypothesis-driven planning using Jeff Gothelf's Lean UX Canvas v2
lean-ux-canvas is an interactive skill for building Jeff Gothelf's Lean UX Canvas, version 2. The canvas is a one-page facilitation tool that frames work around a business problem to solve, rather than a solution to implement. The skill uses it to align a cross-functional team around its core assumptions, turn those assumptions into testable hypotheses, and make sure learning happens every sprint by exposing gaps in what the team understands about the problem, the users, the value and why the solution should work. It is useful when you have a business problem but too many untested assumptions, when you need to surface assumptions in a workshop, and when a vague initiative has to become hypotheses and learning goals. Example uses include framing a drop in onboarding or a new AI product idea. You pass the business problem as the argument. The estimated session is 30 to 45 minutes, and the skill belongs to the validation and experiments theme of the product-manager-skills repository on GitHub.
