About dev-team

dev-team
Simulate a collaborative dev team session where multiple role-based personas
dev-team is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It runs a simulated team session in which four fixed roles, a product manager, an architect, a developer and QA, each respond to the same topic from their own perspective in one turn. The four personas run as separate subagents in parallel, and their answers are shown together. It is a preset four-lens review for collaborative design and planning. It differs from the council skill, which is built for adversarial challenge, and from team-builder, which picks arbitrary agents, because dev-team always uses the same four roles. Useful moments include designing a feature and wanting product, architecture, development and QA concerns surfaced at once, reviewing a proposal before any implementation, or starting a story and asking each role what it needs before code is written. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
