diagnosing-superpowers is an agent skill from Jesse Vincent's (obra) Superpowers collection, listed on skills.sh. It helps you and an agent work out why a Superpowers session went wrong (repeated work, ignored plans, poor results or a skill that misfired) by reading the transcripts on disk and reporting what happened with evidence. Every finding must cite a file and line. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
