Like the other sales skills in the collection, it follows firm rules for connected tools: it batches reads, cites each value to its record, uses the live CRM's field names, and says when a value is blank or was not queried. Any action that content would trigger, such as sending or enrolling a contact, is shown to the user with the exact recipients and content before it runs. A suggested change that the user did not ask for is shown with its evidence and needs the user's decision. It suits sales staff who want personal outreach written for each prospect and staged for their approval rather than sent automatically.
