It covers mailbox work as an operator task rather than as general writing: triaging an inbox, drafting and replying, sending, and checking that a message actually landed in the Sent folder. It is built around evidence, so the agent confirms the send rather than assuming it. The skill names other ECC skills to pull in when they fit. brand-voice is used before drafting anything user-facing, investor-outreach for mail to investors, partners or sponsors, customer-billing-ops when a thread is a billing or support incident, knowledge-ops to capture a thread into durable context afterwards, and research-ops when a reply depends on fresh outside facts. It applies when a user wants to organise email, draft or reply to messages, or follow up without duplicating a sent message. Any message sent on the user's behalf still needs their explicit go-ahead. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows a Snyk warning.
