About find-animation-opportunities

find-animation-opportunities
Search a codebase or UI for places
find-animation-opportunities is an agent skill that searches a codebase or interface for places that do not animate but would benefit from motion, and rejects the places where motion would not help. It is read-only: for each opportunity it proposes motion with exact values rather than changing the code. The skill is a filter as much as a finder, and it expects to reject most candidates, because a short list of high-conviction opportunities is worth more than a long wish list. Its operating posture is restraint, drawing on Emil Kowalski's argument that sometimes the best animation is no animation. It does not review existing animations, audit and plan fixes for them, or write the implementation, which are the jobs of other skills in the same collection. Use it when you want to decide where an interface should move and, equally, where it should stay still. It is part of the emilkowalski/skills repository on GitHub, which has about 46,200 stars. The listing shows it as free, and it has about 182,300 installs. Its security audits show passes from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.
