It applies whichever state management, routing or dependency injection tool a project uses. The checks cover general project health such as folder structure, separation of UI, business logic and data layers, and keeping widgets presentational. They also cover dependency hygiene in pubspec.yaml, strict analyzer and lint settings, avoiding print statements in production in favour of a proper logger, the status of generated files, and isolating platform-specific code. Further sections address state management patterns for BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, MobX and Signals. The skill is meant for an agent reviewing Flutter pull requests or auditing an existing app. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
