The skill sets up the standard approach, which defines the translated strings in App Resource Bundle files, called ARB files, and compiles them into a generated AppLocalizations class that the widgets use in a type-safe way. The setup workflow is a checklist: add the flutter_localizations and intl dependencies, enable the generate option in pubspec.yaml, and create an l10n.yaml configuration file.
