About github-multi-repo

github-multi-repo
Multi-repository coordination, synchronization, and architecture management
github-multi-repo is an agent skill from the ruflo project for coordinating work across several GitHub repositories at once. It covers three areas: swarm coordination that runs AI agents across repositories for distributed development, package synchronization that resolves dependencies and aligns versions across multiple packages, and repository architecture, which optimizes structure and manages templates for projects that have to scale. It also covers integration management, meaning cross-package integration testing and coordinated deployment. The skill is written for organizations with many related repositories, where a change in one library has to be carried through several consumers, or where several projects should share the same layout and tooling. It fits platform teams and maintainers who keep a family of packages consistent. Because a change that spans repositories can affect many projects at once, use the skill with a plan for review and rollback, and confirm which repositories and branches the agents are allowed to touch before a run starts. The skill passes Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket on skills.sh, and Snyk shows a warning. It has about 1,200 installs. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/ruvnet/ruflo --skill github-multi-repo.
