About golang-uber-fx

golang-uber-fx
Golang application framework using uber-go/fx
golang-uber-fx is an agent skill for building long-running Go services with uber-go/fx. Fx is an application framework that combines a dependency injection container, built on uber-go/dig, with a lifecycle, a module system, a signal-aware run loop and structured event logging. The skill is aimed at services where startup order, graceful shutdown and modular composition matter. Its persona wires the whole graph at the composition root, puts start-up and shut-down work into lifecycle hooks rather than init functions, and treats modules as the unit of reuse. The skill covers the main calls: fx.New to build the application, fx.Provide to register constructors, fx.Invoke to run code at startup, fx.Module to group related providers, lifecycle hooks, fx.Annotate for naming, grouping and interface binding, and fx.Decorate to wrap a dependency. It is not an exhaustive reference, so the agent is told to check the official fx documentation for current API details, and it can use related skills for package facts and for navigating the project's own code. It is part of the samber cc-skills-golang collection and is installed with the skills command in a compatible agent.
