google-agents-cli-deploy

Deploy ADK agents to Agent Runtime, Cloud Run, or GKE

google-agents-cli-deploy is an agent skill from Google's agents-cli project that guides the deployment of Agent Development Kit (ADK) agents to Google Cloud. It covers three targets and helps the agent choose between them by language support, scaling model, networking and cost: Agent Runtime, which is managed and Python-only; Cloud Run, which offers custom infrastructure and suits event-driven workloads; and Google Kubernetes Engine, which gives full Kubernetes control and is set up in the guide on an Autopilot cluster. The skill prefers the agents-cli commands, which wrap Terraform, Docker and deployment into one tested pipeline, and it needs agents-cli installed with uv first. Its reference files cover Cloud Run scaling defaults and Dockerfiles, the container-based Agent Runtime deploy, GKE manifests and Workload Identity, custom Terraform and IAM, CI/CD pipelines, testing deployed agents with curl and load tests, customer-managed encryption keys, and a BigQuery trigger for batch inference. If a project is not scaffolded yet, the skill sends the user to the scaffold skill first. It suits developers who have an ADK agent and want it running in Google Cloud.
