About handoff

handoff
Resume the most recent agent session for the current working directory
Handoff is an agent skill that resumes the most recent agent session for the current working directory. It is meant for the moment when you come back to a project and ask where you left off. The skill finds the latest session that matches the project, then recalls the concepts from that session so the work can pick up where it stopped. Its output leads with any question that was left unanswered, then names the next step, so you start with the open decision rather than a long summary. In the example, a session titled auth refresh rework is resumed, and the open question is whether logout should revoke all device tokens or only the current one, with the next step being to decide that scope and update the logout code. You can pass a working directory to override the current one, and when a specific agent is requested the same agent ID is used for both lookups. The skill is part of the agentmemory plugin and is triggered by phrases such as where were we or resume.
