Description
healthcare-phi-compliance is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It sets out patterns for protecting patient, clinician and financial data in healthcare software, covering protected health information and personal data. The patterns apply to HIPAA in the US, DISHA in India, GDPR in the EU and general healthcare data protection. The skill organises protection into three layers: classification, to decide what is sensitive; access control, to decide who can see it, including row-level security for multi-tenant systems; and audit, to record who did see it, using tamper-proof audit trails. It applies to any feature that touches patient records, to authentication and access control for clinical systems, to database schemas for health data, to APIs that return patient or clinician records, and to code review for data exposure.
