Description
hipaa-compliance is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is a thin, HIPAA-specific entry point for US healthcare privacy and security work. When a task is explicitly about HIPAA, protected health information, covered entities, business associates or business associate agreements, this skill routes the work to the right place. It points to healthcare-phi-compliance as the main implementation skill for PHI handling, classification, audit logging, encryption and leak prevention, to healthcare-reviewer for a healthcare-aware second review of code or product behaviour, and to security-review for general hardening of authentication, input handling, secrets, APIs and deployment.
