The toolset is useful for social listening, account research, launch monitoring, support triage, giveaway audits and controlled workflows where private or state-changing operations stay explicit. The skill covers installing the plugin into a Hermes Agent runtime, discovering the available read and action routes, reading account, tweet, trend, monitor and search data, and summarizing public signal before drafting responses or campaigns. Its central rule is that private and state-changing operations stay gated behind explicit operator intent, so an action that changes something on the platform is not taken just because a request mentions it. The skill is for people who run Hermes Agent and want to research X activity or monitor a launch, with a clear boundary between reading and acting. Setup is covered in its own section of the skill.
