It gives non-animation creative direction for HyperFrames videos: brand, pacing, style, narration and composition. It is used after the technical contract in hyperframes-core is in place. It covers handling the design spec files, palettes and typography, narration, beat planning and general layout. The skill is deliberately not about motion, which belongs to hyperframes-animation.
