internal-comms is an agent skill from Composio's Awesome Claude Skills collection on GitHub. It helps write internal communications in your company's preferred formats: 3P updates (progress, plans, problems), newsletters, FAQs, status reports, leadership and project updates, and incident reports. It loads an example guide for each type. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
