Apply the firm's KYC/AML rules grid to a parsed onboarding record

kyc-rules is an agent skill from Anthropic's financial-services collection, listed on skills.sh. It applies a firm's KYC and AML rules grid to an onboarding record that has already been parsed. It assigns a risk rating, lists the outcome of every rule with the rule cited, and flags any missing information. Its inputs are the structured record from kyc-doc-parse, the firm's rules grid supplied through a screening MCP or as a file, and screening results for sanctions, politically exposed persons and adverse media. The risk rating is built from factors such as jurisdiction, applicant type, ownership depth, PEP exposure, screening hits and how clear the source of funds is. A sanctions or adverse media hit calls for escalation, and a confirmed PEP rates the record high. The rules grid is a trusted source. The applicant record came from untrusted documents, so the skill only tests it against the rules and never takes instructions from it. It is for compliance teams that must trace each decision to a rule.
