About lark-whiteboard

L

lark-whiteboard

Query, edit, and export Lark whiteboards

lark-whiteboard is an agent skill from the Lark CLI project (larksuite/cli) for querying, editing and exporting whiteboards inside Lark cloud documents. It can export a whiteboard as a preview image, export its raw node structure, and update its content in several formats. The three output formats are preview images, diagram code in Mermaid or PlantUML, and the raw node structure for direct JSON editing, and the skill picks the format automatically. Its quick decision section splits requests into read-only tasks, such as viewing or exporting a board without changing it, and write tasks. The agent matches the table from top to bottom and stops at the first match. Before it starts, the skill checks that the lark-cli command is available and that the whiteboard CLI package, at version 0.2.13 or a compatible later release, can run. Whiteboard operations default to the user identity, and the app identity is used only when a board must be uploaded as the app. The skill leaves document text to the lark-doc skill and embedded spreadsheets or Base tables to the lark-sheets and lark-base skills.
