Merge the winning agent's branch into base, archive losers

Merge is an agent skill that lands the winning agent's branch into the base branch once an AgentHub session has been evaluated. It merges the winner, archives the losing branches under git tags so their work is kept, and cleans up the worktrees the agents used. You can run it on the latest session, on a specific session by its ID, or name the agent you want with an agent option. If you do not name one, the skill uses the top-ranked agent from the most recent evaluation, so it is best run after the eval skill. The skill is for the point where a choice has been made between several agent attempts at the same task and the chosen work should go into the main branch. Archiving losers as tags, rather than deleting them, means their work can still be inspected later. It is part of the claude-skills collection by alirezarezvani and is listed on skills.sh with a clean security audit.
