Description
netmiko-ssh-automation is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It sets out safe patterns for Python automation that connects to network devices with Netmiko over SSH. The default path is read-only: collecting show-command output across routers, switches and firewalls, and building small audit scripts that gather interface, routing or configuration evidence. The skill also covers timeouts and exception handling for SSH scripts, parsing output with TextFSM where a template exists, and reviewing automation before it touches production devices. Configuration changes are not part of the default path. They need a separate change window, peer review and a rollback plan, according to the skill's safety defaults.
