About normalize

normalize
Analyze and redesign features to match your design system standards
normalize is an agent skill from the impeccable design project that realigns a feature with the team's design system. It analyzes and redesigns the feature so that its spacing, tokens, components and patterns match the established standards, which fixes the design drift that builds up when screens are edited one at a time. Before it changes anything, it discovers the design system by searching for documentation, UI guidelines, component libraries and style guides, and it studies them until it understands the core principles, the aesthetic direction, the target audience and personas, the component conventions and the design tokens for colors, typography and spacing. The skill is firm that it must not guess at design principles. If something is not clear, it asks the user first. It requires the /impeccable skill, which holds the design principles, anti-patterns and the Context Gathering Protocol, and if no design context exists it tells the user to run /impeccable teach first. It is for teams that want a feature to look and behave like the rest of the product, and for developers reviewing a screen that has drifted from the system. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/pbakaus/impeccable --skill normalize. On skills.sh it passes Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.
