Oracle CLI second-model review/debug/refactor/design

oracle is an agent skill from the OpenClaw project, listed on skills.sh. It bundles a prompt and the files you pick into one pass by a second AI model with the Oracle CLI, for a review, debugging help, a refactor or a design opinion. It previews the token count with a dry run first, can run through the API or a browser session for long runs, and treats the answer as advice to check against code and tests. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
