orch-build-mvp

Orchestrate bootstrapping a working MVP from a design or spec document

orch-build-mvp is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It bootstraps a working minimum viable product from a design or spec document such as an SDD, a PRD or a system design file. The skill reads the document, extracts scope, locked decisions and the feature list, and orders the features into thin vertical slices, so that one complete end-to-end path works before the rest is built. It then scaffolds that first slice. It is a thin wrapper over the shared orch-pipeline engine, which delegates each phase to matching ECC agents and commands, and it uses the full pipeline including scaffolding, with its default size set to large. It takes the path of the spec document as its argument, for example a SDD file in a docs folder. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
