About orch-pipeline

orch-pipeline

Shared orchestration engine behind the orch-* skill family

orch-pipeline is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is the shared orchestration engine behind the orch-* skill family. It holds the gated pipeline of research, plan, test-driven implementation, review and commit, along with a size classifier, a map of which agents and commands handle each phase, and the rules for choosing which phases run for a given request. The orch-* operation skills, such as orch-add-feature, orch-fix-defect, orch-change-feature and orch-build-mvp, are thin wrappers that classify the request and delegate to this engine, so the reference lives here. Users are meant to invoke an operation skill rather than this engine directly. The engine is read directly only when someone is adding a new operation to the family or tuning shared phases, gates or the agent map. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows a Snyk warning, with Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket passing.
