performance-review is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It generates performance review templates and helps structure feedback for review season. It has three modes. The self-assessment mode produces a template for an employee to complete about their own work. The manager mode produces a review template for a named employee. The calibration mode produces a preparation document for the calibration meeting where reviews are compared across teams. The command is run with /performance-review followed by the mode. A connectors guide explains which HR tools are connected. It suits managers and people teams who run a review cycle and want every review to be written in the same structure, so that the calibration meeting compares like with like.
