About pm-skills

pm-skills
Coordinating project-delivery work across the 8 project-management sub-skills
Pm-skills is a domain orchestrator for project-delivery work, coordinating eight project-management sub-skills. It covers sprint and velocity analytics, portfolio health, Jira and JQL, Confluence and related tasks. It does two jobs. The first is routing: it classifies a project-management question with a goal router script, runs exactly one of the eight sub-skills, and returns a short digest. The second is looping: it turns a delivery goal into a bounded agentic loop that pulls live Jira data through a bundled Atlassian connector, feeds that into the analytics tools, checks each step with machine-run gates, and does not close the loop until everything is verified or a person waives the check. The bundled configuration connects to Atlassian's remote MCP server, with sign-in handled by Claude Code. It is useful for teams that run delivery through Jira and want measured status rather than guesses. The skill is part of the claude-skills collection by alirezarezvani.
