The card lists the three levels: lite, which builds what was asked and names the smaller option in one line; full, the default, which makes the smallest complete change, adds a check where the logic needs one and names what was skipped and any risk; and ultra, which also questions the request and pushes back before building. The level sticks until it is changed or the session ends. The card is a one-shot display and does not change the mode, write flag files or save anything. It applies when someone asks for ponytail help or asks how to use ponytail. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
