Post-purchase upsell flow is an agent skill for designing and building one-click upsells and downsells on the step after a customer pays. The skill treats that step as the cheapest revenue in a funnel: the customer has already converted, the payment method is already captured, and the offer costs no ad spend. It covers the design of the offer, the choice between a pre-purchase bump and a post-purchase upsell, and the technical requirements that make the one-click step work. It applies when average order value is too low while ad costs are fine, when the thank-you page only says thanks for your order, or when you want to add a cross-sell, bundle or downsell to an existing checkout. The skill also sets limits. It should not be used when the main funnel converts close to zero, because an upsell on no traffic is arithmetic on zero, and high-ticket offers closed on a sales call are a human conversation rather than a page.
