You put charts together from React components (a chart, its axes, a grid, a tooltip, a legend, and lines, bars or areas), so a chart reads like the rest of your interface code instead of a block of drawing instructions. It draws with SVG, keeps its dependencies on D3 small, and gives each part sensible defaults that you can override through props. It covers the everyday charts: line, area, bar, pie, radar, scatter and composed charts that mix several kinds. Recharts is open source under the MIT license and is installed from npm.
