About remotion

remotion

Create professional walkthrough videos from Stitch app designs

remotion is an agent skill from the google-labs-code stitch-skills collection that turns app designs from a Stitch project into walkthrough videos. The agent retrieves the screens from your Stitch project through the Stitch MCP server, then builds a Remotion video composition from them, with smooth transitions, zoom effects, fade transitions and contextual text overlays that explain each screen. Remotion is a programmatic video framework that uses React components, so the skill's output is code that renders a video rather than a manual edit. The skill's prerequisites are access to the Stitch MCP server, access to the Remotion MCP server or the Remotion CLI, Node.js and npm, and a Stitch project that already contains designed screens. Familiarity with Remotion and React helps. The skill is meant for presenting an app design to a team, a client or users, and it describes its work in terms of producing a professional presentation. It is listed on skills.sh, where the page shows install counts, GitHub stars and security audit results, all of which pass. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/google-labs-code/stitch-skills --skill remotion.
