Description
Roadmap-update is an agent skill for changing a product roadmap. It can update an existing roadmap, create one from scratch, or reprioritize what is already planned. Its main use is deciding what happens when a new initiative arrives: you add the new item, then decide which existing work moves to make room for it. It is also meant for moments when priorities shift after new information, such as new information arriving. The workflow begins by working out the current state of the roadmap before it proposes any change, so the update starts from what is already committed. You invoke it with /roadmap-update followed by a description of the change.
