roundup-setup is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that runs an interactive onboarding conversation to configure the roundup briefing tool. It learns how the user communicates, who their audiences are, and which data sources they use, and from that it generates the configuration file that the roundup skill reads when it drafts briefings. The conversation is designed to feel like a capable new team member getting up to speed, asking one question at a time and acknowledging each answer briefly. The user can paste in examples of their past status updates, and the skill analyzes them to find the patterns in their writing before it plays back what it has learned. It is useful for anyone setting up roundup for the first time, because the configuration is tailored to their real writing rather than a template. The configuration records how the user writes and what their audiences expect, so it should be checked before it is saved, and the examples the user pastes should be ones they are happy to share with the tool, since they are read and kept in the configuration.
