rust-testing
Rust testing patterns including unit tests, integration tests, async testing
by affaan-mFree
Description
rust-testing is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It sets out testing patterns for Rust that aim at reliable, maintainable tests written under a test-driven development method. Its coverage includes unit tests, integration tests, async tests, property-based tests for input validation, mocking, benchmarks for performance-critical code, and coverage. It applies when writing new Rust functions, methods or traits, adding test coverage to existing code, creating benchmarks, implementing property-based tests, and following a TDD workflow in a Rust project. Because it is a SKILL.md file of instructions, the agent loads it for those tasks and writes tests in the same structure each time. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.…
