sherpa-onnx-tts is an agent skill from the OpenClaw project, listed on skills.sh. It turns text into speech fully offline with the sherpa-onnx CLI, with no cloud service. It explains downloading the runtime and a voice model into OpenClaw's tools folder and pointing the config at them. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
