About shipping-artifacts

shipping-artifacts
The durable documentation set
shipping-artifacts is an agent skill that defines the small set of durable documents that make AI-built code reviewable before it ships. Its premise is that AI agents write code quickly but leave no lasting record of intent: what the system is meant to do, who may do what, where secrets live, and which rules are actually verified. Without that record, neither a human reviewer nor an auditing agent can tell whether the code is safe to release. The documents are written for two readers, a human reviewer and the next coding agent, so they describe the intended behavior rather than the code's current state. The skill sets out a core that every app needs, including architecture, user and permission rules, and the locations and names of each document, where the repository's existing setup takes precedence. It is the companion to the intended-vs-implemented skill, which relies on this written intent. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.
