Description
strategy-red-team is an agent skill that attacks a PRD, roadmap or strategy by testing its load-bearing assumptions before reality does. It acts as a sharp but fair adversary. For each key claim it first steelmans the claim, meaning it states the strongest version of the argument, then attacks it, and it ranks the possible failure modes by how damaging they would be. For each assumption that survives the attack, it names the evidence to gather this week, the kill criteria that would show the plan is failing, and the cheapest test to run. The skill makes a distinction with pre-mortem: a pre-mortem imagines a plan has already failed and narrates why, whereas a red-team challenges the assumptions and logic now, while there is still time to change course. It is useful when a plan has only had polite feedback so far. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
