structured-autonomy-implement is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that carries out a predefined implementation plan step by step, without deviating from it. It needs an explicit plan document as input and responds with a message asking for the plan if none is provided. The agent makes only the changes the plan specifies. It follows the plan in order, checks off completed items as it goes, and refuses to skip a step or to add code that the plan does not call for. This keeps the implementation to what was agreed and makes its progress easy to follow against the plan. It is useful when a team has done the planning carefully and wants the implementation to follow it exactly, and as the second half of a process where planning and building are separate steps. Because the agent is held to the plan, a plan with gaps or mistakes will be implemented as written, so the plan should be reviewed before implementation starts, and the results should be tested as usual. The skill is installed with the skills CLI from the github/awesome-copilot repository. Its skills.sh page showed about 8.8K installs and passing results from three security audits at the time of the scan.
