Analyzes job descriptions and generates tailored resumes

tailored-resume-generator is an agent skill from Composio's Awesome Claude Skills collection on GitHub. It reads a job description and tailors your resume to it, bringing forward the experience, skills and achievements the employer asks for and using the posting's keywords for applicant tracking systems. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
