Interactive picker that discovers available agent personas

team-builder is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is an interactive menu for browsing agent personas and composing a team from them on demand. It finds the available personas through the claude agents command and through markdown files under agents folders, groups them into domains, and lets the user pick the ones they want for a task. Flat and domain-subfolder layouts are both supported, and the domain is taken from the subfolder name. Each agent file is a markdown persona prompt, with the first heading used as the agent's name and the first paragraph as its description. The skill suits a user with many personas who wants to choose which ones to use, to build an ad hoc team from different domains such as security, SEO and architecture, or to see what agents exist before deciding. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
