Evidence-first repo execution workflow for ECC

terminal-ops is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is an evidence-first workflow for working in a repository from the terminal: running commands, inspecting git state, debugging CI or build failures, making a narrow fix, and then reporting exactly what changed and what was verified. It is intentionally narrower than general coding guidance. It applies when a person wants a command run, a repository checked, a CI failure debugged, or a narrow fix pushed. The skill pulls in related ECC skills where needed: verification-loop for the exact proving steps after a change, tdd-workflow when a fix needs regression coverage, security-review when secrets, authentication or external inputs are involved, github-ops when CI runs, pull request state or releases matter, and knowledge-ops to store a verified outcome in durable project context. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
