timeline-report is a skill from the claude-mem project that writes a narrative report, titled Journey Into a project, which analyzes the project's whole development history from claude-mem's memory timeline. claude-mem records what Claude Code does in a project and keeps it as a timeline of observations, and this skill reads that timeline to tell the story of the work. It applies when a user asks for a timeline report, a journey into a project, an analysis of project history, a full project report, a summary of the entire development history, or the story of a project. Two prerequisites must be met: the claude-mem worker must be running, and the project must already have observations recorded in claude-mem. The skill produces one long, sweeping report rather than a series. For a chapter-by-chapter account, the collection points to a separate weekly digests skill.
