Description
typespec-api-operations is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that adds RESTful operations to an existing TypeSpec API plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot. It covers GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE operations, each with proper routing and the path, query and body parameters they need, such as filtering on a GET, creating an item with a POST, and updating or deleting with PATCH and DELETE. It includes adaptive card visualization for GET responses, so results appear as cards in Copilot, and confirmation dialogs for changes, so a user approves a write before it happens. The skill is useful for developers who maintain a Copilot plugin defined in TypeSpec and want to extend its API. Because the write operations change data in the connected system, the confirmation dialogs should be kept, and the endpoints should be authenticated and tested in a development environment before they are used with real data. The skill is installed with the skills CLI from the github/awesome-copilot repository. Its skills.sh page showed about 8.8K installs and passing results from three security audits at the time of the scan.…
