Ask for it by name and the assistant describes what the component is, how it fits with the code around it and what it depends on, using the project's knowledge graph from the Understand Anything tooling to find those links. The skill is aimed at developers who need to understand unfamiliar code before changing it, such as a long-standing module or a function they inherited. Because it reads the graph's nodes and edges, the answer follows the real relationships in the project rather than guessing from names alone.
