Each persona includes the jobs to be done, the pains, the gains and the desired outcomes, along with unexpected behavioral insights that the research reveals. The skill acts as a product researcher who synthesizes evidence, so the personas are grounded in what users did and said. You can provide CSV or Excel data, survey responses and similar research files, and the skill reads them before drafting the personas. The result guides product decisions, because the team can see which needs belong to which kind of user.
