Send third-party WhatsApp messages or sync/search WhatsApp history

wacli is an agent skill from the OpenClaw project, listed on skills.sh. It lets an agent message someone else on WhatsApp, or sync and search your WhatsApp history, with wacli. It is only for those cases, not for normal chats, and requires a clear recipient and message and a confirmation before sending. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
