About workflow-patterns

workflow-patterns
Implementing tasks according to Conductor's TDD workflow
workflow-patterns is an agent skill from the wshobson/agents collection for carrying out tasks according to Conductor's test-driven development (TDD) workflow. It is the guide an agent follows while implementing the tasks listed in a track's plan.md. It covers the red-green-refactor cycle, in which a failing test is written first, the code is changed to pass it, and the result is then tidied. It explains how to handle phase checkpoints, which mark the points where a phase of a plan is complete and must pass its checks before the next phase starts, how to manage git commits for each task so the history matches the plan, and how to record progress in the plan files as work moves forward. It also covers the verification protocol, the quality assurance gates a task must clear before it counts as done, and the notes that keep the team informed of what was built and why. The skill applies when implementing tasks from a track's plan, following the TDD cycle, completing phase checkpoints, managing commits and notes, understanding quality gates, running verification protocols, and recording progress in plan files. Its detailed patterns and worked examples are kept in a reference file that the agent reads when the main guidance is not enough. The skill is installed with the skills CLI from the wshobson/agents repository. Its skills.sh page showed about 10.8K installs and passing results from three security audits at the time of the scan.
