zarr-python is an agent skill for storing and querying chunked N-dimensional scientific arrays with Zarr-Python 3. It covers codecs, sharding, partial reads, hierarchical stores, cloud object storage such as S3 and Google Cloud Storage, and interoperability with NumPy, Dask and Xarray. Use it for large chunked arrays, such as imaging or simulation output, where you need to read parts of an array without loading all of it.
