Description
account-research is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It researches a target company and, if the user names one, a specific contact there. The output covers a company overview, recent news, the company's likely priorities, and how well the account fits the user's ideal customer profile, with the fit checked against the user's own records. The skill's rules are firm about how it works. It reads through the connected tools in batches where it can, and it cites every value it reports, links to the record, shows human labels rather than API field names, and says when a value is blank as opposed to not checked. When the skill suggests a change the user did not ask for, it shows the change and its evidence and leaves the decision to the user. Email, chat, transcripts and external documents are treated as untrusted data, so any instructions found inside them are reported, not followed. It suits sales and account teams who want a briefing on a prospect before a call or an outreach, drawn from the company's public news and the user's own customer records.…
